Who is Fantasy Museum for?+
Everyone! Families with children, teenagers, groups of friends and adults who never quite grew up. The rooms are designed so a 4-year-old and a 40-year-old both leave grinning.
How long does a visit take?+
Around 45–60 minutes for most visitors. Walking straight through the nine rooms takes about 30–40 minutes; families and groups who stop for photos in every room usually spend 45–60. Nobody hurries you along.
Is it good for rainy days or very hot days?+
It's the best plan in Palma for both. The museum is fully indoors and air-conditioned — cool when the sun is brutal, dry when it pours.
Can we take photos inside?+
Yes — we encourage it! Every room is a photo spot, and there are photo booths where you can print your favorite shots on the spot.
What should we wear?+
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring socks: shoes come off for the ball pit, and you will end up in the ball pit.
Is it scary? Anything to know for sensitive visitors?+
Nothing is designed to scare — it's all light, color and play. The Pink Gravity Room plays tricks on your balance, which some visitors find dizzying; you can simply walk through it quickly if that's not your thing.
Is the museum accessible? Are there stairs?+
Please read this before booking. The museum is reached by several flights of stairs and there is no lift, so it is not wheelchair accessible, and prams or pushchairs cannot come inside — we are happy to keep yours by the entrance. Once you are upstairs, all 9 rooms are on one level. If you are unsure whether it will work for your group, message us on WhatsApp first.
Do I need to book in advance?+
We recommend booking online to guarantee your entry, especially on weekends and rainy days. Walk-ins are welcome whenever there is capacity.
How much are tickets?+
Kids (3–13) €9.99, adults (14+) €12.99, and a family/group ticket for 4 people at €39.90. All 9 rooms are always included.
What are the opening hours?+
Every day of the week from 10:00 to 20:00, with last entry at 19:30.
Where exactly are you?+
Plaza Mayor 3, 07002 Palma — right in the heart of the old town, two minutes from the cathedral walk. There is no parking on site; the nearest public car parks are around Plaza Mayor and Via Roma.
Can we celebrate a birthday at the museum?+
Absolutely — the Fantasy VIP Package (€120 for up to 10 kids) includes an hour in all 9 rooms, extended ball pit time, 10 printed photos and free entry for 2 adults. Message us on WhatsApp to book a date.
